What should I expect in my first session?
In your first session, you'll discuss your goals and challenges with your therapist. It's a time for mutual understanding, establishing comfort, and planning your therapy journey together.

Do you accept Insurance?

Do you offer in-person and virtual appointments?

We are currently only accepting virtual appointments at this time.
